Are you a lover of all things bubble tea? Join the club. I used to think it was just me and my children who had an unhealthy obsession with bubble tea, but apparently we’re not alone. Tai Chi Bubble Tea
Tai Chi is my all time regular spot for bubble tea in New Haven. At one point we were stopping there weekly. They also have a selection of bubble teas, desserts, soups and rice bowls. Mecha Noodle Bar
Mecha Noodle Bar was always the place I headed to for come good noodles, ribs or fried chicken. Over the summer I found they had a delicious bubble tea drink called Temple of the Sun. I have not stopped getting it since. Although there are other bubble tea options on the menu, this has passion fruit, which means, it tops all others in my book. You also have the choice of ordering it with or without tequila and mezcal.
LooseLeaf Boba Company
LooseLeaf has a lengthy menu with options beyond bubble tea, including Vietnamese coffee and matcha iced tea. If you go for the bubble tea, you have a choice of base that include organic milk, almond milk, oat milk or condensed. Take a look at the menu to decide what you’re willing to try before stopping by. Whale Tea is located steps from the Yale campus. The options are endless for the types of bubble tea you can try. From classic milk teas to fruit flavored bubble teas. There’s so much to discover. I’m still curious to try everything on the menu. The menu also offers budget-friendly prices, inspiring you to come back for more.
